Shipping cost

Shipping is free for orders within the United States.

For international orders, shipping costs vary for each product, so please check at the time of purchase.

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom fees. Please note that these fees are not included in your purchase order and will be billed separately by the shipping company.

NOWHERE is not responsible for any fees or duties imposed by international authorities.

Delivery of Products

Please allow 4 business days to 2 weeks for delivery of your order. Items ordered will be delivered in sequence.

International:

Please allow 1 week days to 30 days for delivery of your order.

Exchange and Return Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We also do not accept returns for customer convenience. Please note that we will not be able to accept any refunds if you return an item without contacting us, or if you refuse to receive it. If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if we find that the delivered product is defective, we will exchange the product or refund your money. Please contact us with your order number and details within 7 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
